Lush gardens, Beautiful trees, Tropical plants
The hotel could really benefit from more shaded areas for outdoor seating!!! Also, it would be nice if the serving staff were more engaging with guests instead of chatting amongst themselves!!!

During our two-night stay, the air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively. We felt hot and uncomfortable the entire time, even with doors closed. Additionally, being forced to buy bottled water from the mini bar was ridiculous and felt like blatant penny-pinching!

Our stay was truly delightful. The team was exceptionally attentive, making us feel at home. Taking a family trip to the Romelia farm was a highlight, with gorgeous views and friendly locals. The food at the hotel was flavorful and satisfying, perfect for our stay with a young child.
My kids wished there were more activities designed for little ones.

We spent three wonderful nights in a deluxe villa, enjoying the stunning view from our cabin's patio under the shade of beautiful Saman trees, and the huge, comfy bed made our rest even better. The spa facilities offered relaxing massage options that were absolutely dreamy after a long day of exploring the lush gardens filled with singing birds. The only downside was that some staff members could've been a bit more welcoming, but it didn't really take away from our amazing experience! 🌺

Nature vibes and chill
This spot has a super pretty garden and peaceful vibe. The staff were really nice and helped us with everything. Breakfast was a bit off though. my eggs were soggy. Overall, I enjoyed the mornings with birds chirping while I sipped coffee. Just wish the breakfast was better.

The hotel offered stunning lush gardens filled with vibrant flowers. I loved the peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The paths around the property made it easy to explore, which was thoughtful for seniors. The staff greeted me warmly and provided attentive service throughout my stay. The dining options were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the variety of meals available. However, more shaded areas for comfortable outdoor seating would improve the experience in the garden. It often got too sunny to relax fully outdoors. My stay felt serene and enjoyable overall, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and caring staff.
